How to create artificial picture?



At first, open any picture.


-Create duplicate layer.


-Click Image Menu.
-Click Adjustments.
-Click Invert.
-Or press Ctrl + I

-Click Layer option.
-Click color Dodge.


-Click Filter menu.
-Click Blur.
-Click Gaussian Blur.


-Type nine pixels in Radius box.


-Click OK.
